Debbie and all,

Sorry I strongly disagree that it is hard to participate
effectively with webcasting or internet video conferencing.
It's done many times every day very effectively. I have done
it many, many times very effectively and do so on average
twice every week.

Although face to face meetings at times may be prefered,
if the expense of such is significant, and in this instance
exorbinant, they should be reconsidered or and/or replaced
with webcasting or internet video conferencing.

Most effective and responsible CFO and/or auditors would
reject this sort of expense for face to face meetings for
this sort of meeting our of hand without reservation. A
"Junket" is a "Junket" no matter how you try to justify same.
