Posting Jeff's clarification below. Though also would note that the STI
timeframe could slip, and remind that we have several other ongoing
initiatives that would benefit greatly from additional face to fact
meetings.

Just for clarification (and please post to the Council list), the Work Team
meeting is not being planned until all of the deadlines on the STI work are
to have expired.

Thanks.

I copy the Council list, as we need to begin prioritizing all the various
work before us, immediately. In my view, this Work Team meeting should not
be planned unless the Council decides it is a bigger priority for a face to
face meeting than all of our other priorities, in particular the STI
response to the Board, the RAP-WG, the RAA drafting team, etc.

Dear All,

As discussed during our meeting, in order to move the proposal for a face to
face meeting forward, I'll be developing a workplan outlining the objectives
and expected deliverables of such a meeting in order to obtain internal
approval. As discussed, the idea would be to provide travel funding for one
active WT representative from each constituency / stakeholdergroup or AC/SO.
Remote participation will be arranged for those that will not be able to
attend in person. To move this forward and complete this plan, I would like
to request the following information:

1. In order to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective
meeting venue and have an indication of the number of participants that will
require funding, could you please send me the name of the proposed funded
representative from your constituency / stakeholdergroup / AC/SO and the
location from where this person will be travelling
2. Please complete the following doodle (see
http://www.doodle.com/u6ta33ik4r5mk52g) so we can try to find a meeting date
that is most convenient to all. Please note that the idea is to have a 1,5 -
2 day meeting.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards,

Marika
