MarkMonitor is a global enterprise brand protection company offering Anti-Phishing Solutions, Corporate Domain Registration Services and Online Trademark Protection. MarkMonitor is a member of the Intellectual Property Constituency and a member of the Registrar Constituency.

I am responsible for product positioning and promotion of MarkMonitor's goods and services.

As senior legal counsel to Network Solutions, I am in a position of senior leadership and therefore have an interest in ICANN policy and its impact on Network Solutions’ business operations.

a) As an employee of one of the world’s largest registrars, I am interested in all GSNO policy development outcomes that affect the sale and distribution of gTLDs around the world.

I am International Operations&Project Manager of RU-CENTER a russian company based in Moscow, which is ICANN accredited Registrar, and voting member of the Registrar Constituency. I am also a NCUC member personally.

I am working as a rpoject manager, RU-CENTER contact for Registries and contact for feedback for end users.

I am Sivasubramnian Muthusamy from India, an entrepreneur with a background in Textile Exports as Director of Whitefield Cottons Private Limited, now CEO of Turiya, a Start Up to make Desktop and Mobile PCs. I am a participant at the Internet Governance Forum and actively participate in the Internet Governance Caucus. I have been volunteering as President of ISOC India Chennai which is now an ICANN at-Large Structure. I have also served as the ALAC IDN liaison during year 2009..

Executive Director, Internet Society of Australia (ISOC-AU). Also Adjunct Lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Univ. of NSW where I teach undergraduate Communications Law and Graduate Electronic Communications Law (have also taught IT Law). Also am a Research Associate with the Communications Law Centre (based at the Univ of Technology, Sydney) and a Visiting Fellow at the Cyberspace Law and Policy Centre (based at the Univ. of NSW). I am also Deputy Chair of the newly formed peak telecommunications consumer organisation, the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network (ACCAN) (with 70 organisational members representing a variety of peak consumer groups in Australia)

I am Vice President of Corporate Development and Policy for The Go Daddy Group, Inc. The Go Daddy Group companies include eight ICANN accredited registrars including GoDaddy.com, Inc. GoDaddy.com is a member of the Registrars Constituency of the GNSO and I am its Registered Representative.

GoDaddy.com is a member of the dotMOBI Advisory Group (MAG). I represent GoDaddy.com on the MAG. I am on the MAG Steering Committee and have been appointed by the Steering Committee to represent the MAG on the dotMOBI Policy Advisory Board (PAB). The MAG and PAB, among other activities, are involved in recommending policy to mTLD, the dotMOBI Registry Operator.

GoDaddy.com holds a small interest in Afilias Limited for investment purposes. Go Daddy and Afilias formed a joint venture with ME-net, a Montenegrin company. That joint venture, doMEn doo, was selected by the Government of Montenegro as the Registration Agent for the .me ccTLD. I currently represent Go Daddy on the Board of doMEn. GoDaddy.com and Afilias USA had previously formed a joint venture dba Alliance Registry to bid on the .US contract but that bid was not successful.

GoDaddy.com is also a member of the United States Council for International Business (USCIB). The USCIB is a member of the Business Constituency of the GNSO. Our primary interest in the USCIB is the DNS and Internet Identifiers Working Group.

GoDaddy.com was a founding Member of the Country Code 1 ENUM LLC. I represented GoDaddy.com on the Board of the LLC from Aug 2004 through Dec 2006, at which time GoDaddy.com withdrew from the LLC.

The Go Daddy Group's ICANN accredited registrars operate under an RAA with ICANN and are required to implement GNSO developed Consensus Policies. Consensus Policies, or other policies developed by the GNSO, may have financial impact on these registrars.

I am a member of the law firm of Winston & Strawn LLP. We represent many corporate domain name owners, including large corporations with branded web sites as well as domain name internet advertisers, most being in the Commercial & Business constituency (although there may be some in the Internet Service & Connection Providers, and Non-Commercial constituencies). The law firm's representations often include transferring domain names relating to business transactions and litigation (both US Federal Actions, UDRP's, and enforcement actions in non-US jurisdictions).

Other than the above mentioned relationships, I have no known direct involvement with any other ICANN constituency, supporting organization, or advisory committee.
