Dear registrars,
ICANN posted two announcements on Friday related to registrar de-accreditations. The first is a request for expressions of interest to receive one or two of two bulk transfers of names from two registrars that were recently de-accredited. You can find the announcement at:
http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-06jun08-en.htm
The second announcement describes ICANN's draft/interim process for transitioning management of names from de-accredited registrars and opens a public comment forum for same. You can find the announcement, including public comment instructions at:
http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-2-06jun08-en.htm
Please email me if you have any questions.
Thanks.
