Agree.
I've sent a note to Steve Crocker and Dave Piscitello asking if the "G"
in "GTLD" in the first sentence of the Recommendations section, the only
place where "tld" acquires a qualifier, is an editorial error. Similarly
for the use of "accredited", though IANAL, in the last sentence of the
Recommendations section.
