The ballot posted at 16:00 Pacific Time, Sunday, 27 January has been aborted.
Please disregard the ballot with the following Subject line:

The required 72 hours for discussion was inadvertently shortened to 60:01 hours.
We have received one comment in less than 72 hours. Excom is determining whether that comment is persuasive, requiring an amendment in the ballot.
You shall be notified when the ballot is launched again.
