[registrars] Soccer medals

Hi,

this is to the members of the german & friends registrar team. Though
the tournament was interrupted, the organisators have decided the we
made 3rd place. As I was the only represantative in the room when this
was announced, I now carry around a number of medals that I would like
to give to you. So if you read this, please check with me - I will be
in the EURid meeting this afternoon.
