Dear Rob: You obviously have the right idea, your proposal is
excellent:-) Can you give all of us the URL?
How can we get the At Large community to get their say in? After all,
Verisign's inflated profits can come from only one source, not from the
Registrars as such, as we'll either pass them along or go out of
business. The general public will ultimately pay -- it may be hard to
audit, but even Amazon and/or their customers will feel a part of the
bite;-{
