[registrars] Registrar Approval of the 2005-2006 Budget

Hello All:

I have a couple of quick questions that I was wondering if registrars
might be able to answer for me. 

First has ICANN contacted individuals registrars for their approval of
the 2005-2006 budget as set forth in 3.9.2 of the ICANN Registrar
Accreditation Agreement? Second, how many registrars have "expressly
approved" these allocations?

And feedback would be greatly appreciated.
