a step in the right direction regarding our concerns with the .NET
agreement. He reported that Mark McGlaughlin
(VeriSign) called Paul Twomey last night <?XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX =
ST1 /><ST1:PERSONNAME w:st="on">to</ST1:PERSONNAME> tell him that in
light of the comments and the concerns from the community, VeriSign is
willing <ST1:PERSONNAME w:st="on">to</ST1:PERSONNAME> discuss reworking
the fee cap provision, and agreed <ST1:PERSONNAME
w:st="on">to</ST1:PERSONNAME> give registrars more time
