Bhavin,

There should be nothing proprietary *in* the resultant site. We should be
able to move the development and maintenance of it to whomever we like. And
we should have full control of the IP, copyright, whatever.

Hi all,

I will consult and figure out if this will be possible. we are engaging an
agency to do this. They would not volunteer to opensource their propreitary
libraries since this is what they do for a living :)
