I would ask that whatever agency does the site should not use
propreitary libraries so that we avoid other issues as well. Open
source allows for transparency and would allow other constituencies
to use the code with their own choice of Hosting provider.

Hi all,
I will consult and figure out if this will be possible. we are engaging an
agency to do this. They would not volunteer to opensource their propreitary
libraries since this is what they do for a living :)
