Bhavin,

since this issue is already highlighted by ICANN:

* there have been a few circumstances highlighted in the ICANN contracts
which conflict with local law in other countries such as Germany. There
maybe possible changes that could be made to the RAA to circumvent those

(Schlund would be able to present a current problem at the next ICANN meeting.)

We should have a look at this from a Constituency point of view and
discuss possible solutions. A look at the recommendation about "conflicts 
with national law"

which is under discussion in the Whois TF might be a good starting
point.

So please add to your list:

international legal diversity and its problems.
