I fully concur with the importance of this document. I think registrars have
a very strong interest in ensuring that any response to Homograph Spoofing
is measured and appropriate. I think this is an issue, that particularly
Asian/Pacific or European registrars should make their voice heard, although
a large number of North American registrars have significant IDN based
registrations.
