In International Organization for Standardization v AQI, a
three-member WIPO panel has refused to transfer four domain names that
include the term 'ISO9000' to the complainant - the owner of the ISO
trademark and developer of the well-known ISO 9000 standards. The panel
found that the complainant's acquiescence to the respondent's use of the
domain names over several years precluded any finding of bad-faith
registration and use.
