'Kiwi.com' complaint given the bird</a> <br>
In <i>Kiwi European Holdings BV v Future Media Architects Inc</i>, a
three-member World Intellectual Property Organization panel has refused
to order the transfer of 'kiwi.com' to the complainant - the owner of the
KIWI mark. The panel determined that the complainant had brought the
complaint in bad faith and was guilty of reverse domain name hijacking.
