Dear Members:<br><br>
Nominations are now open for the RC delegate to the ICANN Nomcom
Committee. <font color="#FF0000"> [This Nomcom Committee will recommend
and virtually elect the new ICANN Board members to be installed at the
close of the 2005 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the ICANN Board.
I saw the same procedure play out last Sunday during the AGM on 5
December 2004 in Cape Town. Jean-Michel Becar was our delegate to
the 2004 Nomcom.]<br><br>
