approved in July. The only open issue as we all know was the annual
portion of the variable fee. Even if we thought there was some question
about the amount of the transactional fee, the concept of the
transactional fee was not in question.</div>

<div>This has been delayed long enough. ICANN needs this revenue coming
in, especially considering that the new transfer policy takes affect on
November 12. The longer we delay the new budget, the longer it will be
before ICANN has the funds to take necessary steps to properly enforce
the RAA and consensus policies.</div>

IT has sent a letter to ICANN today requesting that they<BR>provide the

can tell, we have had at least 3 months to comply with other<BR>changes
such as to the transfers and WHOIS policies

transfers announced 13 July 2004, compliance by 12 November<BR>Deletion
