Hi,
I am not sure if we had an agreement in the past that mandates registrars to
open their whois for other registrars? The issue just came up during our
tests with the new transfer policy for thin registries (actually the thin
registry). Many registrars have a threshhold on their whois to prevent
datamining. This may be a little low for the upcoming transfer policy whois
storm. Is there any recommended procedure, e.g. a list of registar contacts
that would take care of raising the threshhold for our systems?
Yours,
Marcus
