I agree that the leadership of the registrars constituency should
consist of a mix of large and small registrars. It was always valuable
having Rick Wesson as Vice Chair/CTO representing a smaller registrar.
The main requirement from my point of view, is that the successful
candidate needs to have the willingness/approval to devote time to the
role.
