My understanding is that the $4k is part of the $19k ($3.8mm), so the
bill is $11.4mm - still significant!

Oh wait a minute. I forgot to add the $4000 per Registrar fee in this.
That comes to $4000*200 => $800,000

Are we footing $12.2 million out of the total $15.8 million?

There seems to be something wrong with my calculation. I cant put my
finger on it
