King cleared of cybersquatting charges</a></b> <b>Canada</b> <br>
A British Columbia court has dismissed an injunction sought by Software
Guy, which alleged that (i) Software King's name and domain name were
confusingly similar to its own, and (ii) Software King's website had been
copied from its own. The court found that Software Guy failed to
establish a <i>prima facie</i> case of either passing off or copyright
infringement.
