All,
Since not all of us were able to either be there or follow on-line, and
I've already had one "what happened" question, here's my 25 words.
There were speakers both for and against the question, and some by their
own lights, neither for nor against the question. The BoD vote was 11-0-1,
in favor of VGRS's WLS scheme.
