The nomination of Donna received 2 endorsements - Ross Rader and Bob Connelly.  Below is Donna's acceptance and statement of conflict of interest.

Normally, the Constituency Secretary would have published the motion and call for discussion within 48 hours - by March 5th.  This would have begun the 14-day period for nominating other candidates.  Since many of us were traveling, it would be more fair to open the 14-day period today - and hold it open until noon of March 22nd, EST.

The ballot including all nominations will be posted by Friday, March 26.  The ballot will be open for votes until the following Friday, April 2nd, 5:00 p.m. PST.

Thank you Elana for the nomination and I accept with
pleasure.  
     I have been a part of the RC since 2001 as a
representative for BulkRegister.  My entrance into the
domain name industry began in 2000 with our associated
web hosting company, Alabanza Corporation.  This
combined exposure provides me with ample background to
benefit the RC in this capacity.  As an active
participant, I have been involved in several
conference call task forces including both the whois
and transfer issues.  Prior to joining the internet
industry, my prior experience includes 17 years within
the financial industry ranging from loan officer to
commercial banking management.  My background and
domain industry knowledge along with my detail
oriented and organization skills affords me the needed
strengths to fulfill this position successfully.  
     I am not associated with any Registry and have no
conflict of interest which would preclude me from this
position.
