One more note on this motion - now that the Board has voted on WLS, do the proponents still want a vote on this?
Thanks

Bob and Rick - the statement below has received the requisite 6 endorsements - 1 proposed motion + 5 supporters. The last one was on March 3rd. That should open the period for proposing amendments, if anyone has any.
Rick - can you please draft the ballot?
Thanks

All, please note below a statement introduced at the constituency meeting. The constituency members at the meeting requested that we report to the Board the following sentiment. This sentiment garnered the following straw vote: 19 in support, 3 in oppostion and 6 abstentions:
On March 2, the Registrars Constituency, after taking into account the January 26th letter from ICANN to VeriSign regarding negotiations between ICANN and VeriSign, and taking into consideration the evolution of ICANN policy regarding deletions, hereby opposes the proposed Wait Listing Service and urges ICANN Board of Directors to vote against the currently proposed Wait Listing Service.
This statement may also be moved for a formal vote if the motion and five endorsements are made by emails to the Constituency Secretary by email.
