Below is the text of the motion to the RC.
BEGIN TEXT
On March 2, the Registrars Constituency, after taking into account the
January 26th letter from ICANN to VeriSign regarding negotiations between
ICANN and VeriSign, and taking into consideration the evolution of ICANN
policy regarding deletions, hereby opposes the proposed Wait Listing Service
and urges ICANN Board of Directors to vote against the currently proposed
Wait Listing Service.

This statement may be moved for a formal vote if five endorsements are
made by emails to the Constituency Secretary by email.
