Tom,

Understood. I think that was Ross' concern as well. That's why I thought if
we had your presentations/recaps to review beforehand we could give the
discussion precedence in Rome.

What I am interested in is how the TF is leaning as a group on the issues,
if you have a feeling for that yet. Is there anything we should be aware of
that may not be clear from reviewing the minutes you all have forwarded to
the list?

Tim,

if there is any new material I will be happy to provide it
beforehand. If not, my presentation will unfortunally be 
limited to an overview of what has happend in TF2. 

Just one remark to the scheduling of that day:

Since our constituency has to provide a constituency statement 
to each of the whois TF I would think it prudent to schedule 
some time for discussion on this issues and not to limit it to 
the presentation of the TF reps.
