Dear Registrars:  I have been asked whether it is necessary to sign up for 
the bridge to the RC meeting in Carthage.  No, it is not.  However, it 
would not hurt to let me know.  I arranged for up to 40 connections, which 
*should* be more than enough considering the difficult hours, especially 
for Pacific time zone.  Regards, BobC
