It appears this ballot is closed. I don't recall us making that
decision. I recall it was decided that it be left open during the entire
voting period.

The text of this ballot is as follows:

"GNSO Registrar Representative Selection"
Please select two individuals to represent registrar interests on the
GNSO Counsel.

The individual with the most votes will be selected for a term of 2
years, the individual with the second most votes will be elected to a
term of 1 year, the individual with the 3rd most votes will be placed as
the alternate representative should the GNSO Counsel decide to allow us
3 members.

Select up to two options from the list of candidates.

- Keller, Thomas
- Rader, Ross Wm.
- Tonkin, Bruce
- Abstain-1
- Abstain-2
