I think our motion was very specific on this particular point - is there 
any further work that we need to do as a constituency to reinforce this 
point and ensure that those that need to be aware of the request are?

that any other gTLD registry be required to follow a predetermined 
process designed to ensure similar consultation, analysis and provide 
due and proper notice prior to creating similar conditions or new service."
