Bob,
I am aware of this by-law provision. It was preceded by a similar by-law
provision from our last by-laws based upon the Melbourne meeting. I am not
stating that there was any violation of our by-laws. What I am requesting is
a copy of the minutes detailing why this extraordinary action was taken for
only the second time.
>From what I hear the meeting was productive. I listened in several times
during the course of the day via the telephone bridge. Kudos to the
executive committee for a successful meeting.
