Dear Michael:  AFAICS, that's *all* that we get for our 
$250/month:-(  Boardroom is impossible for keeping membership records.  We 
cannot have a field for company name, all records show "Registrars 
Consortium" (or words to that effect) rather than company name.
We also need a way for members to register for meetings.  I'm asking 
another group to share their software for that purpose.
Dan Busarow offered the RC his "votebot" software for a one time charge of 
$150, less than we pay to Boardroom every month, election or not.
