Thanks Tony for this. I fully agree.
Would it be possible to add one sentence pointing to recs 10+11 (Data access)? At the council meeting yesterday the respective motion was deferred on request of the RySG. I expect that they shall come back in Prague trying to remove that from the GNSO agenda.
