Mark
I had already circulated this to the ISPCP list on the 19th April with a
call for comments by the 29th.
So far no comments have been posted, but I'll respond back to the Task
Force after that date.

All:
We are being asked to sign on to this draft of the multi-constituency
white paper on new gTLDs.
Any comments on this draft?
Any concerns about signing on to it?

Progress on joint white paper on new gTLDs
As promised in Argentina, I attach what I hope is the final version of
our joint white paper on domain names.
This version contains a new section on competition and several other
edits and updates from the previous version following input from all
constituencies including more detail on IDNs.
Please put it through your constituency approval process (if your rules
require this) and let me have your constituency formal approval at the
latest May 13.
That allows 25 days from today for an approval process to take place.
Philip
