Dear All,

I want to thank the GNSO Council for taking up this matter in serious discussion. They could easily have claimed "overwhelmed here" and defered. Special thanks to Chair Avri Doria who put it on the table and showed a keen interest in our actual rules.

And I noted with my usual admiration as the stats and operations were quickly and professionally relayed by the Secretariat.

For us there is no lobbying at this juncture, just maintaining upright conduct here on our list and perhaps getting some work done.

  Eric
  as Chair
