Mr. Dierker and all,

First, for the 28th time I am asking that you Mr. Dierker discontinue

your "Marketing Jargon" in your trailer record in your posts to this

forum as it is a waste of bandwidth by your own admission, and

as such is making your self-called "Dot commoners" in countries

such as Vietnam, Cambodia, and Bulgaria, difficult and disruptive

in their willing and active participation.

I am not at all concerned about any responses of the GNSO council as it

is now and always has been illogically determined, is exclusionary, and

cannot and does not represent the wishes, desires or requirements of

the vast majority of stakeholders in any realistic way.

I and our members are, and have many times expressed serious concerns

regarding process and product in respect to ICANN, the GNSO, the previous

DNSO, and the GA's role in the decision/policy making process. Without

good, fair, open and transparent process, no good product/result is

possible. This is at the crux of ICANN's continious problems which

have been a significant devide amongst stakeholders.

Dear All,

This is at first great proofreading by Ted and then great farsightedness. In fact in some orgs having to do with 501 (c) 3 work they omit this and are in a world of hurt when it comes up.

Since I find no prohibition to amending whenever we choose I think promptly upon error recognition is the best policy.

It does not worry me in any regard that we do this while awaiting response by members of the Council.

Thanks again Ted.
