Debbie and all,

  A signature file is not "Marketing Jargon" which is
legally classified as UCE SPAM.  Ergo your remarks 
are not relevant and as such are a violation of the
proposed rules.  However, glad you looked up the
TLDA web site at least.  Now maybe you will review
the archives regarding TLDA's history regarding 
as is relevant to the GA.
