Clearly ICANN's involvement in (kids.us) is well documented, and the
Senate commerce committee's legislation in effect corrects and/or
amends, by taking action in part, the failure or half baked idea
from the start of (kids.us) instead of .kids.  Same was true of
.biz over .web.  However most of that decision was based on
animosity towards Chris Ambler and the already operating .biz
registry.

  Failure of leadership is simply a failure of leadership, and ICANN is
riddled with such failures, over and over again.
