Hello Jefsey,

The democratic way is being followed by giving every GA member the chance 
to propose amendments now.

When that process has run its course the next step would be a YES or NO 
vote on all the rules.

Polling Booth. No, I will not push it's use. The Chair has to make his choice.
Also, I will be off-line for a few days,  traveling.
