At Very end: "These rules may at anytime be amended by a 3/4 majority of
those voting. The call for a vote maybe by any elected officer or 10 members
of the list. The vote may be held on list or in a provided polling boothe or
the like."
 
Are you comfortable with deadlining this part of the process on August 6 at
Midnight, Marina del Rey time?
