Danny, Oscar and all,

  Seems like another dot boondoggle to me.  And yes I BCC'ed
Oscar on this response as he is not listed at:

One has to wonder why he is not so listed.

  In any event, at the risk of ruffeling Debbie's feathers, IMHO
nic.mx would have been better off spending all this effort and
money in feeding those poor people down in Chiapas Mexico, and
buying those poor little abandon girls in Latin America I see on TV
here in America every day some dam shoes.

  Sorry Oscar, but I for one cannot see this as a good priority
for latin america or it's people's best interests.  However I can
see many ways in which it will further enrich the Latin American
elite such and especially, as yourself.
