Jaap and all,

  As a pilot myself, I can tell you indeed ENGLISH is
mandatory.  Of course, all French pilots speak ENGLISH
very well when necessary.  >:)  However when on tera firma,
they will pretend they don't understand ENGLISH very well
if at all.
