Debbie and all,

  I will be brief, and therefore considerate and polite.  >:)

  Maybe you missed it Debbie, but liaison's have been ask for and
accepted, and Roberto isn't one of them.  We do not however
have a liaison to the ICANN Bod or the GNSO.  I agree that
duties of the chair and liaison's need to be proposed, formalized
and affirmed by vote of the members.  However with limiting of
posting, list debate and discussion of proposed and formalized
duties of the chair and liaison's is not doable.  Ergo catch 22.
Result: illegitimacy and loss of confidence and credibility.  A mini
ICANN, or son of ICANN.

  Silence in some circles is indeed golden, but indicates neither
affirmative or negative.
