We've tried that for 5 or 6 years, and instead of filtering them out,
folks have just left the list entirely or stopped contributing, besides
a typo-fix here and there. Time to try a different approach. And if one
is in favour of competition, one would welcome it --- a list with only
members of constituencies, vs. the current GA list. Maybe both will
thrive....the cross-constituency list could reach new heights of
excellence and dialogue between constituencies, and the GA list could
reach new heights of kookiness. :) Win-win for everyone! :)
