Hi Jeff
We can sit here and argue politics, who is poorest, who is most deserving,
who is developing etc. etc. until the cows (no doubt with rings through
their noses) come home. I think you know what I meant by my email. I
agree, all nations are developing nations but some need a little bit of a
helping hand. There are plenty of Americans attending ICANN meetings. I
don't think you are under represented as a country, do you?
How is this line of conversation helping you to achieve your objectives -
whatever they may be. I hope to find out one day.
