Roberto and all,

  I agree with your indirect question indicating the lack
of outreach by the GA.  It in all honesty has not been done.
However as the GA is no longer a part of the ICANN structure, 
the motivation for doing so is minimal.  

  But given the bizintine rules for ALAC membership,
it cannot by any stretch of the imagination be considered
ligitimate in representing users or registrants.  This is
what in fact is what is missing or wrong with ICANN and has
been sense ICANN's conception, and more so sense the
GA no longer being considered a part of the ICANN structure.
Yet we have had recent elections and have a type of structure.
Why than has not the GA been re-recognized?
