How can you ask for representation of general users if there is not even a place in the GNSO for *specific* stakeholders? General Users need representation in future Internet Governance Bodies, no doubt, but Domain Registrants need representation in this DNS governance here and now. I don't care how you call the constituency, Individual Registrants, DN holders, or whatever, but the criterion here should be having a *specific* stake in the outcome of GNSO policy recommendations.
