Dr. Dierker and all,

  Intergrity in the handeling of any data by ICANN is a word that in
the affirmitive sense should rarely if ever used given ICANN's history.
Data managment is not and has never been an ICANN strong point,
as most of the ICANN staff have little or no expertise in this area
by their own admission, and even less interest in performing such.
Instead they rely on registrars like RegistryFly and registries like
.TRAVEL to perform such.a function.
