Danny and all,

  Looks to me as ICANN is running a little scared here
while trying not to appear so.  The evidence Mr. MARTINEZ
will be able to collect will be the determining factor here.  ICANN
has all that evidence or at least most of it.  Hence Mr. MARTINEZ
will need to get it before it "disappears".
