Interesting reading... I would however wait out some results that might
appear in Lisbon regarding this. The results could be unexpected... I
mean, in a positive sense.

Subject: [ga] Registerfly
It would appear that this continuing saga -/-, nightmare for some, has
shed irrevocable light on ICANNs problem with enforcing it's contracts.
I am not talking regulatory enforcement of laws, quite simply the
expected enforcement of existing contracts.
We should not sit idly by and say nothing. We should form a WG to
research and debate and finally produce a position paper on the
registrar issue. Probably labeled the GA RAA WG. I am hoping that Danny
Younger will consider leading this effort.
This article (although basically from a registrants perspective) is a
good read to get one up to date on the issues;

These issues are at the core of the stability of the net for users, and
especially for registrants. It futher illuminates the need for a
registrant constituency.
